Board of Directors
The Charter School of Wilmington opened in 1996 as one of the first independent public charter schools in Delaware for grades 9-12. Formed by a consortium of six local companies, The Charter School of Wilmington (“CSW”) offers a college preparatory program with a focus on Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. CSW is regionally accredited by the Commission on Secondary Schools of the Middle States Association.

The CSW Board of Directors is currently comprised of members representing our founding companies as well as parents, teachers, and the community.
The CSW Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month (excluding December and August).
